Terms of Service

These Terms govern membership of and access to The Five Society (the “Society”). By applying for or accepting membership, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Membership

Membership is by application or invitation and is granted at the Society’s sole discretion. Membership is personal, non-transferable and may be suspended or revoked for breach of these Terms.

Invitations

Approved members may invite a limited number of people. Invitations do not guarantee acceptance; invited persons must complete an application and be reviewed.

Member conduct

Members must not spam, solicit aggressively, harass, misrepresent themselves, scrape member data, or use the Society primarily for dating. See the Community Guidelines.

Opportunities & investment disclaimer

The Society does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice and does not recommend or endorse any opportunity shared by members or partners. Members are responsible for their own due diligence. Some opportunities may be restricted by jurisdiction or investor profile. Publication does not equal endorsement.

AI usage

The Society may use AI to assist recommendations, summaries and moderation. AI processing respects your privacy settings and consent. See the Privacy Policy and AI Usage Disclosure.

Termination & account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. The Society may terminate membership for breach of these Terms.
